How do you add sites to "Recent Sites"?

I can find these three pages:
blogs.group.stumbleupon.com [blogs.group.stumbleupon.com]
blogs.group.stumbleupon.com/forum/ [blogs.group.stumbleupon.com/forum/]
blogs.group.stumbleupon.com/sites/ [blogs.group.stumbleupon.com/sites/]

But I cannot see how you add a site to the recent sites. If they come from thumbs up of blogs, then many are missing because there are only 5 this year. Can someone explain for me please?
